Paul E. Walker is based at The Institute of Ismaili Studies in the UK. Previously he was Deputy Director for Academic Programs at the Center for Middle Eastern Studies at the University of Chicago U.SI.B. Tauris in association with the Institute of Ismaili StudiesEvery year since 1983 the Buddhist leader and thinker Daisaku Ikeda has issued a peace proposal that presents solutions to a variety of global problems.
